Payment Policy

1. Accepted method: ACH only

All payments to Xeloraco are collected exclusively via ACH bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or cash. This protects both parties from chargeback risk and keeps fees low.

2. Country-based routing

Your payment is routed through the appropriate regional ACH processor based on your billing country: United States via the US ACH Processor, United Kingdom via the UK ACH Processor, Australia via the AU ACH Processor, and all other countries via our International ACH route.

3. Invoices

An invoice with payment instructions is generated and emailed automatically when you place an order. Each invoice carries a unique number that should be referenced with your transfer.

4. Split payments

All services are billed as a fixed, one-time fee paid 100% upfront before work begins. The U.S. Physical SIM Service additionally carries a recurring monthly carrier fee.

5. Currency & timing

Fees are quoted in US dollars. Work begins once cleared funds are received and your documentation is complete.
